Stop right now, thank you very much.. Lol. This review is waaaaaay overdue! I actually found Char on IG through a mutual friend who had her brows recently done. I was so amazed by Char's work I had to get in touch. I was a little hesitant at first because 1) I didn't know Char and I've never reached out to someone I found on IG and 2) I was inquiring about a tattoo for my brows!! Well, LET ME TELL YOUUU... I am so glad I reached out because she is the kindest person you will ever meet. From our very first encounter, she made me feel so welcomed - like we've known each other for a long time. She explained everything to me, answered my gazillion questions and then booking my appt. aaaand the rest is history. My brows will never be the same. This was in 2018 and I've been getting touch ups every year since. Char's work is absolutely incredible!! Don't go anywhere else to get your brows done. And tell her that Patti sent you!

Thank you Charlene for helping me and my brows! I am in love with my new brow shape and that I can wake up ready for the day. I previously had micro blading done that was faded and left one of my brows uneven and droopy. I searched all of the bay and couldn't find an artist that compared to Charlene's technique. She is the sweetest and most humble soul and getting to know her and how she started in this business was so inspiring! What I appreciated most was her cleanliness, attention to detail and how considerate she was throughout tattooing my brows to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. She's very informative and walks you through the whole process. After your brows are done she provides you with an after care kit and books your touch up appointment for you for dates that she has blocked off on her calendar already. I can't wait to go in in a few weeks and get my lips done by her!

Charlene is the BEST! I was researching for the BEST eyebrow artist for awhile (like over a year awhile!) until my sister stumbled on her Instagram page. As soon as I saw her work I told myself, "She's the one who will do my brows!" She knows her craft perfectly & I know she loves what she do because it reflects to her work. She did an immaculate job on my eyebrows! She is very professional, makes sure you feel comfortable, & very clean! Yes even pre-Covid, she always suited up with a gown, hair net, gloves & a mask! Almost 2 years later, I am still inlove with my eyebrows. Charlene became a good friend of mine & my BFF (Brow Friends Forever)!
